Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• We accept exchanges as well

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Normal wear and tear
• Items damaged after use
  
  We offer an exchange for the above condition, except for damage after use.

You may request a return within:

30 days from the date your order is delivered

Requests made after 30 days cannot be approved.

• Full name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a defective or damaged product:

• Trainers Factory will cover the return shipping cost or provide instructions accordingly

Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped products. In such cases:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• We’ll cover return shipping and promptly send out the correct replacement item.

If you ordered the wrong size, kindly ask that you follow the return process and place a new order for the correct size.
